Is my data stored in Germany?

Yes. All data is processed and stored exclusively on German servers operated by IONOS. Your data never leaves Germany.


Who can access my conversations?

Only you and the team members with appropriate permissions in your organisation can access your conversations. Intra AI administrators cannot read your chat history. For more details, see Data & Privacy.


Can I use Intra AI on mobile?

Yes. Intra AI is accessible through any modern web browser on your smartphone or tablet. There is no separate app required — simply open the platform URL in your mobile browser.


How do I add a new team member?

Team management is handled by your organisation’s Intra AI administrator. Please contact them to request a new user account. They can add new members through the admin dashboard.


Where do I report a problem?

If you encounter an issue, please reach out to your Intra AI contact person or send an email to the support address provided in your onboarding materials.
